Pick the day you’re planning
Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties
A standout start to the weekend — simple per-person budgets, easy planning for the organizer.
Corporate & Client Outings
Get the team together somewhere different — instruction, food and space, coordinated timing.
Three steps. We do the legwork.
Tell us about your group
Location, date, headcount, budget and how far you’ll travel. A few details is all it takes to start.
We contact suitable ranges
We check whether nearby ranges can host your group and request event pricing — their standard rate and a ClayPass group rate.
Compare your options
Review the available proposals — inclusions, extras and total cost — side by side, before you choose.
One request. Options you can compare.
Instead of calling ten clubs yourself, you get proposals back in one place — in the same format, so the choice is easy.

We search nearby ranges for a fit based on where you start and how far you’ll travel. Group availability and event details are always confirmed directly with each venue — a listing on the map isn’t a booking.
We’ll help with the details.
Share your location, date and what your group needs. We’ll follow up with suitable options — usually a few proposals to compare.
Questions organizers ask
Can first-timers join?
Absolutely — most groups have people who’ve never shot. Ranges provide a safety briefing, and you can add an instructor. Tell us the mix and we’ll match a beginner-friendly venue.
Do we need rentals?
Only if you want them. Bring your own guns and ammo, rent for a few people, or rent for everyone — it’s a separate question from experience, and we ask both.
How does pricing work?
Ranges quote us an event price for your group. Your proposal shows the total and exactly what’s included — instruction, targets, extras — before you commit. No surprises at the counter.
